50 or 60 Hz?

In setting up the video parameters of the Phantom 3 Professional, it has two options. A 50 Hz and a 60 Hz. Can someone help me out and tell me which is the proper setting? 50 or 60 Hz?

We use 60 Hz in US as that's the supply frequency.
