107 Question

I recently took some pictures of a building that burned down in my area. I posted them on Facebook and now the paper wants to use them. I am just a hobbyist and do not have my 107. Can I donate them to the paper?

I'm pretty sure as long as you are not getting paid to use your drone, then you are a hobby flyer and not subject to 107.
