camera failure

I was out the other day and had an interesting issue. As I got things fired up and ready to go, I saw the camera do its little dance upon startup, I got the "Safe to Fly" message, but no image from the camera. Shut everything down and restarted. Pretty much the same thing. Then, I shut down...

I'll be as brief as possible. I have a new P4P+ and it said I needed to upgrade, which I did. Promptly after that, it said I needed to upgrade again, and again. I dutifully followed, and on about the 3rd or 4th attempt, something odd happened ... my camera went dark. Everything else worked...
