Took my remote control apart again and all the connections were fine...still can't get more than 1200 feet with the DBS and I flew it at 350 feet. I'm getting more range with my XK380!! I'll try from a different location...I use to get 2,300 feet with the Skyreat Windsurfer antenna.

I'm only getting 1200 feet at 200 feet up. I've never taken it up past 220 feet. So, I should get more distance if I took it up to 350 or 400 feet?

I have a question re: range. I just installed my DBS Itelite antenna follow youtube tutorial...it works but I use to get better range with my windsurfer?? I got 1900 feet with the Skyreat windsurfer and now only 1200 with the DBS?? Any suggestions?

Yes, I had exactly the same problem. Uninstall the Dji go app on your phone or tablet and reinstall it. It will ask you got your email address and password. Once entered the problem goes away.

App store? There's an app to uninstall Ann upgrade? Do you mean the Go app? Do I have to turn on the aircraft while I'm in the Go app?

Wouldn't the change have occurred right after the upgrade?. How easy or involved is it to uninstall the upgrade our downgrade? Why don't they just leave well enough alone?

Try a windsurfer. I went from 1,000 feet to 2,600 feet.
