Well that is good to hear. About the only downside that I can foresee is the inability to detect the beginnings of small cracks before they develop into large cracks! Other than that it would sure make it much more visible to the eye.

The spare battery might benefit from being placed in the drone , as a kind of wake up proceedure, if you can get the drone to finish the update.

I had a similar issue, bought 3rd party drone and spare batteries off Amazon and had absolutely no problem exchanging a doa battery through DJI. I found them to be very accomadating. It is they're product after all, and it has 6 months warranty no matter where it was purchased!

I don't mind spending a few bucks to get an upgrade. Obviously they have made them as an improvement.

I have an RF V16 gps tracker. Works very well once set up. I don't mind throwing a few bucks on a card to have real time tracking, as this is only required on an as needed basis.

Just an update..... Apple has an update for Mac out, that upon installing, has allowed me to access this forum from a different iMac. Hopefully this will help anyone else that may be experiencing difficulties.

Mine does this upon startup as well, but if I move the sticks and let them self centre, it stops, and everything is fine.
