I was flying Mavic aircraft yesterday and was only 500 ft. From controller and it lost GPS signal. The aircraft started fly by itself the return to home did not work and luckily I finally got it to land. Has anyone else had something like this happen?

I download DJI app for my RCA android device. I cannot get logged in. I got to where it was updating my name and gender, but it locked up. I'm I doing something wrong.

Recently crashed my Phantom 3kand local electrician replaced 2 motors but aircraft will not function. He said it needs to be calibrated and he does not have tools. Live in Kentucky, where can I send the aircraft to get it repaired?

The maximum distance I can get is 500 meters. I thought the aircraft was suppose to go 1200 meters. I'm I doing something wrong?
