If I am understanding all I read on the flight rules and regulations for drones they need license and registration under certain conditions, but I can buy a powered hang glider and fly myself around the countryside without any license and just use common sense? Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.

Got my phantom flying and it works great but I have a question about the camera, when I shoot a video with it it works great and when I'm finished I open up my gallery on there is the video and looks wonderful but when I take a few still shots with it it doesn't seem to send them to my phone...

Boy! If it's not one thing its it's something else. Thought I would go into the app again and try it again, now it says I have to upgrade the firmware and after watching the tutorial and viewing the comments it looks like this might open up another can of worms. Not sure what i'm going to do now.
