Yeah I agree like, I dont want to just film empty fields with my drone that seems wasteful but usually people are more intrigued by my drone rather than eager to report it to the police so I rely on that more!

Your biggest problem is going to be the drone batteries. I'd recommend calling up and asking about the rules regarding LiPo batteries - usually they HAVE to be taken as hand-luggage and Id invest in a LiPo fire proof bag just in case.

Did you have enough satellites at take off? I had something like that happen to me during my first flight and I made sure to do my IMU again and re-calibrate. I changed location after it happened and had no problems and after a few flights I came back to the original location and had no problems.

Relax man there might be reason why this is happening to your drone. Obviously you probably looked into possible factors like interference but have you tried flying at different locations or resetting all firmware? Of course it must be crazy frustrating but a class action seems a bit extreme...

I have noticed that I don't get the interference messages when I use my android products (i.e. Samsung S6/S7) but do when I use my Apple products (i.e. iPhone 7). But this doesn't seem to impact my range and I get standard video feed. So like others, I'd ignore it unless you're loosing signal.
