Gimbal status disconnected is not your problem, it’s a consequence of the controller not connecting to the device. First probable cause. Do you have green light on controller when AC and controller are on? If not, try relinking the two first.

So you have two possible motors to mount that prop, did you try both or just one of two? This may help determine if it’s the prop or mount.
