You *could* use an Android emulator, like BlueStacks but, seriously, other then the novelty of running DJI GO on a PC, there would be no point in it.

1) Always fly into the wind and, return with the wind. 2) RTH speed is 20mph. If it is battling the wind, and losing, cancel RTH, flip it to ATTI mode and hand fly it back.

Find a wide open, hazard free, field to fly in and practice in ATTI mode. It's better to practice like everything has gone wrong before everything goes wrong.
