Same for me, DJI repaired my phantom 4 pro v2 for 333$ took about ten days , then followed up just as you’ve said

No problem, sent it back to DJI , took 2 days for them to diagnose and reply what needed done, I paid about $333 and got it back in less than 2 weeks, should have sent it to them in the 1st place but live and learn. Gotta say DJI customer support is top notch!

They , DJI fixed for 300 ish dollars and after I paid got the drone back in 2 days!!! Flies like new

Hang on, Long story short, crashed my prov2 in 2019,(waited because of a lot of reasons) Sent Phantom to Drone Nerds Miami FL, (Bought he drone in "19 from the as refurbished.) sent it back (7-10-24ish), torque marked the screws, just to see if they'd even open it up. AFTER 2 WEEKS...

If 4Hawks doesn’t know, and I’m sure they tested how high and how far, the signal was boosted(I am electronic technician) they lied to you. Just my opinion, but sounds like BS to me on there end, that said. They know how far and how high etc. and just want the money you paid.

I have the same drone and have had no problems in Tripod mode, in regular mode? The sticks are sensitive, maybe that’s the problem.
