    mine did the same thing, send back 4 weeks ago to the supplier and still waiting for a replacement, even after emailing.

    Really struggling with this, maybe just me doing something wrong.

    Can anyone help. Can get the camera and iPhone to connect but when I run the app the screen is black, the + and - zoom is there and can format the card just can't see anything. Only received the Phantom a few days ago so just starting out. Am I doing something wrong? Robert
