Thanks @syotr I love you!! haha Propellers were turning in the opposite direction, I had the shell rotated 90 degrees.
Thanks @Pilot_FML!! I guess the loudy noise wasn't coming from the motors, just the propellers turning really fast. I did a full throttle once just to test :p
It's flying a...
Thanks for the replies guys! I'll try to check if the shell was misplaced later and let you know, let's hope it's only that and not damaged motors.
pd: props aren't self tightening, and I did open the shell :)
Hi everyone!!
I had a bad experience some days ago with my phantom and it crashed :(
It wasn't really high, around 3-4 meters, but it had a gimbal + a gopro so it was really heavy. The main frame had some marks, but overall it was looking good.
I've removed the gimbal and the camera to test...
Hi everyone!
I'm considering buying some sort of parallell charging board, should I have some kind of consideration before buying one? Can it be used with the Phantom 1 stock charger?
A board like this one i.e...
Hi everyone,
as the topic says, I'm searching for a good gimbal for my Phantom 1 using a GoPro 4 Silver. I've been reading that some gimbals are specially built for Gopro 3 or Gopro 4 black, I thought that the gimbal mechanism would stabilise any camera :p
Could yo recommend a gimbal that will...
Ton4, thanks for the reply.
I don't have the default configuration file. The only thing that came with the gimbal were 3 pages with screenshots of the parameters in the simplebgc GUI.
I'll try to get one, may I'll write to the manufacturer.
Thanks!!
Hello guys!
I received this sunday a gimbal that was ready to use, calibrated and well configured. I read the instructions for more advanced users that had the links to download the simplebgc software and a driver, thinking that may be it was needed to enable the pitch with the phantom...
While configuring and writing the parameters in the board, calibrating accelerometer, gyro, the battery also needs to be connected? Or only the mini usb in the board will do it?
Without the battery the gimbal beeps all the time. I tried setting the parameters as the manual shows, calibrating...
I managed to connect everything, the gimbal is receiving power and "working" but the camera is facing down and sometimes the gimbal goes crazy.
The "manual" (3 simple pages) says that the board has the firmware simplebgc 2.2b2, and also has two screenshots of the GUI with the parameters I...
Oi photography thanks for your fast reply!
I found the auxiliary power lead following your instructions :D, should I solder the gray with the black cable and the red with the red? Cause I don't know what to do with the black cable.
Thank you very much!
Hi guys!
I received as a present this gimbal http://www.amazon.com/Hobbypower-Brushl ... rds=gimbal
I don't have any clue about how to install it. The instructions that come with it really sucks. It has a broken link to a more complete manual that I was unable to find in google.
Could use...
Hello guys!
A friend of mine is travelling to USA in a few days and I wanted to know where could I order some things.
I'm planning on buying a new charger, I'm actually using the stock one. I've seen some boards that allow you to charge multiple batteries at once. Is anybody using a...
Re: For those who need to know about Home Lock and Course Lo
What a lucky landing you got there! Nice video, panic is our worst enemy but it's almost impossible not to panic in that situation.
Try to wear sunglasses the next time :D and if you lose orientation give some small inputs to find...
The only upgrade is a smaller camera? Really?
I was hoping something better, at least 30fps 4k.
The only good thing about this is the decrease in the hero 3BE price.
Well done!! I was thinking on filming the golf course where I usually play and apply a similar effect to get everything outside the course blurred. I was planning that because the course is surrounded with houses :D
Have you tried the tilt shift effect? Really nice for some phantom shots!
