Could be wrong, but: I work professionally with video (still a Phantom newbie though): I'm 99% sure, I'm looking at a very fast shutter speed in your clip(?). If so, this will also contribute to the jello. Aim for a 1/50 or 1/60 shutter speed. In broad daylight you'll need nd filters though...
