Is that an Android tablet? If so you should try the rolling back google play service app. To do that first load playstore , go to settings and turn off automatic updates. Then close playstore and go to the phone/tablets settings page and find the "applications" setting.....may be called...

You may have a failing motor bearing or sand in a motor.....try hand spinning each motor and listen for a motor or 2 not sounding or spinning the same as the others.... use a vacuum attachment hose to vac out each motor at the very least.

That's what nexus offers, vanilla android.....I gotta say there are a few "bloaty" softwares that I like and use so for me I prefer to root and debloat and use some of the built in apps that come from the bloaters......vanilla is just too vany for me.
