P3 Standard has worked fine for years, then after connecting in DJI GO, on startup, the motors run slow. Applying takeoff speed, and they do spool up, but not enough speed to get the drone up off the ground! Could I have a controller problem? Any suggestions are welcome!

What bird are you using?

Any suspicious or odd battery behavior indicates it's ready for recycling. I wouldn't trust it.

Try using different devices, i.e., iphone, iPad. Local interference? Try other location.

There's the temptation to keep batteries fully charged so it's ready when weather permits, but you'll get maximum life out of the battery if you store it at half charge. Charge before flight and battery cooldown.

How about a solar charger in flight? Naw- probably not.

New owner of a P3S, and would like to install Litchi for a variety of reasons. DJI GO is ok, but would like to try Litchi. Problem is my 4th gen Ipad (Model A1458) will not work when I try to download it. "Not compatible with this device". Dang! Any suggestions as to what 9.7 inch Apple device...
