had this problem for a few days now, and this was the last thing i thought would fix it. I slammed the battery it as you said and restarted my p3s and it went away.

I'm in an extremely rural part of Wisconsin so I would think I could achieve similar distances, but you got me thinking, the 5.8 is the control signal right and if I lose that at 7 -.8000 ft then having a stronger video signal wouldn't really help me out that much.....F*** it I'll just try it...

Yea the Shell's a bit off but as far as the rest of it goes I attached the camera and put a battery in it about 20 minutes ago and as long as the J-B Weld holds I think it'll be okay all the motors powered up and spun and the gimbal moved and adjusted like it's supposed to. I'm not to concerned...
What do you mean all I have to do is attach the camera to those rubber things and then put the anti drop pins in and it should be fly Worthy I'm just holding the camera out of position so you can see the J-B Weld in the picture
I don't know what CD or FFA means, but mymax distance so far is about 1500 meters where I live here in Wisconsin and there's a lot of hills and trees so I'm pretty sure the hills and trees block some signal I want to try to go up on top of a hill and see if I can go further
