I get that cell deviation all the time on Air Data, I ignore it, not saying you should though as an autoland is another matter. You should get much more than 40 charge cycles from a battery, maybe the cold weather also caused some problem.

Field Effect Transistor? I have no idea how the esc works. I doubt a fault due to firmware. A new esc should be quite cheap, you need to do a bit of soldering, but not hard, it would be my first shot. They do fail quite often.

Sounds like a faulty esc, I had one fail on mine. Easy to replace, but last time I did one for a friend, and found it hard to source a new one. The vision 2 is getting old now.
