The camera move into position is what I meant by the camera does what is supposed to do, and it seems like it is ready but it will not sync up with the controller, all that it does is sit and beeps, for an ESC issue what is the resolution? Thank you!

It just continues to beep, it will do it until the battery dies and won't synch with the remote or do anything other than beep, the back lights are not lit at all, it is just stuck in a beeping mode with solid red lights on front. Thanks for the help!

No, I have been traveling I tried calling once but was on hold for like 20 mins and had to jump on a plane. They were to just replace the remote though. Everything else worked fine with the previous remote until it stopped powering up.
