My experience with DJI's repair service was good. They were quick and I thought reasonably priced. Not sure but if you contact them they might send you a shipping label, I can't remember for sure.
That's probably what happened, I don't deny it couldn't have been my fault, but DJI said first, it was landed on an uneven surface, and second, that I caught it. Both totally false.
A couple of months ago I received a replacement for a crashed drone, a P4P V2. On the second flight after receiving it, it took off from my driveway and entered its initial hover. At that time I got a "disconnected" message on my screen but the drone would still respond to the controls. I...
Any explanation as to why I have problems getting a cable, tablet to controller, to work. I have several, some brand new and I think high quality and an assortment of others and not all work. Message on tablet is "not connected".
