I have the Samsung S22 ultra with Android version 12 software. I downloaded the DJI GO 4 V 4.3.50 from the DJI website. I downloaded and ran the APK? I think that updated me to V 4.3.50 The app still will not run and shows disconnected from the drone. Has anyone figured out the fix?

update your controller using your computer. Make sure the drone is not on when doing this. You may have to re bind the controller to the drone.

I thought the dji video said the windows format was .mov . I will switch the drone to MP4

Thank you for the reply. I did download this. It does not let me trim it. Trying to get 2 minute of 5 minute video. When I try to trim it in windows it says the video can't be trimmed because it is less than 1 second?

I have a huge learning curve hear. I flew and took videos. They were saved in .mov format. I have a windows 10 PC. Now I can't seem to edit or share the files. Why is this so hard? Can anyone provide a link to a tutorial?
