Thanks, I will try .psd for the export the next time. I agree, the tiffs are very slow. I use Edit->Transform->Scale. When I used Edit->Content Aware Scale I often got a visible seam in the final pano. With Transform->Scale I don't get that, the seam is invisible. :)

In manual mode, I just increase the exposure time to 30 s, no tricks or hacks at all. In LR, however, the EXIF data will show 8 s.

Yes, I totally agree, impossible to get a sharp photo with exposure times above 5-10 seconds, depending on the wind and other things. Well, if the horizon is close to the top of the image I get a curved horizon, not that much and it can fix it. However, I believed that I shouldn't get any curved horizon at all with the lens correction applied. But maybe I'm asking to much ... :)
