West Virgina law on drones in regards to hunting

It is a $100 fine if you use your drone for bird hunting. Be aware....

This is a surprise?

If someone is using a drone in the direct act of hunting, that's pretty sad. In some states you could get your privileges revoked, and rightly so.

Seems like a waste of time hunting birds wit a drone.
