Shoebury Common beach is a very popular shingle beach which is situated two miles from Southend in Essex and enjoys the benefits of adjacent car parking, an on site café, grassy hinterland.
This was a very early start; wanted to fly soon after dawn to get smooth air, good light and no people. I think I managed to achieved this. This was also my 1st real flight over water with the FPV goggles, the low tide gives a good effect and if there is a problem I can wade out and retrieve the drone
After the flight I realised one of the carbon fibre props had been damaged by a stone and hence significant jellification on the descent shot, FCP stabilisation made it worse.
