Why do my videos become fuzzy and break in and out...please help

The first question anyone will ask is: Are you viewing the video that's stored on the SD card or the cached low-res copy stored by the app.
The cached copy is subject to signal interference and much lower resolution that what the camera sends direct to the SD card.
