Video cause black screen

Last several days whenever I record video on phantom 3 Advance, the FPV video is turn black, after chat with DJI, I almost send the unit to DJI for check out, then I come here and other online site for information. Finally I fix problem by setting the video data collection from hight rate to very low rate (1920 X 1080 60 to 1280 X 720 30) so far is working fine on video, Hope this help my friend out there. Please easy on me, this is my first post here
