For what it's worth- here is my view, having just sold my v1 phantom with the intention of going v2 or vision.Prehn said:

I will be getting a v1.1.1- once I can locate the correct version of that:
* Naza v2
* 2 antenna Futaba compatible RX
* The new TX with tilt paddle fitted.
I do not know who is responsible, but the version label seems to have little to do with the actual spec.
