I'm creating a book which includes a selection of my best drone pictures from the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Most are rural scenes but some include recognisable public and private buildings and homes (images taken from a safe distance over an open area of course.)
What applicable UK data protection or privacy laws should I be aware of?
As anyone can view almost any property from above or from street level via Google Earth/Google Street View nowadays I imagined it would be OK to publish...
I have passed my PfCO exams and waiting to receive my licence from the CAA.
