Is there any way to tell how much battery power is left in the transmitter. I'm on flight #17 now and i worry about it a little bit. theres no signs of failure. I'm just not good at judging battery life.

I have 38 flights on mine, and they are still going strong on the factory supplied batteries. There is a two-stage warning when the transmitter batteries become low. Stage #1 the LED will blink slow red, and the transmitter will emit a series of slow beeps. When the batteries are critically low, the LED will blink fast red, the transmitter will beep rapidly, and then shut itself off.
