Taking Drone through Airport Passport Control

Going away to Spain next month from Manchester UK and want to take my phantom 3 advance

Has anyone had any experience taking there drone through airport security etc

We are flying with Ryan Air who advised we can board with a drone and that depends of airport.

People travel with Phantoms every day.
No-one at the airport will even blink when they see yours on the x-ray scanner.
Just make sure your batteries are in your carry-on luggage and not in checked luggage.

Agreed... just got back from vacation. They didn't even slow the scanner down when the drone went through. Didn't have to but did just to kind of make it appear as if I took all precautions. But I bought fireproof battery packs and drained the batteries to one bar (25%)
