Some help with a P4 battery reading please

Hi, Can someone with more experience than me please have a look at the attached image and tell me if this is a sign that my battery is in a bad way or is this normal? I've got 4 batteries (all original DJI batteries) they only have about a dozen flights on each one but all 4 have this issue with cell #4. This is the worst of them, the others are about half this reading. Thanks in advance.

I have the same reading on one of my 3 batteries -I'm not going to use it until I know the reason.
