Snowbirds in Orange Beach AL and Flying

Apparently Orange beach Alabama now has an ordinance against drone flying since August of 2017. Are there any legal areas in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area to fly my P3?

We love that area, but when I did some research on it, and found that it was mostly closed to drones, we changed our planned trip.
