I am building a R/C workbench/shop from the ground up and could really use your advice/suggestions. What do I want in a hobby room? Solder station?

I didn't really have anything suitable when I got into all this a few months ago, so I equipped a workstation from scratch pretty much, here's a picture of it, just stuck it in a spare corner of the den. I'll put together a list in a bit of the tools and other useful things I've found and added.
