ROVINJ (a well known seaside town in Istria/Croatia) in winter

A week ago I was filming and taking pictures with a drone which would be impossible during the summer season.
No people, just silence, landscapes and architecture.
Here is the sample if you want to look it.

I thought flying in Croatia was hard to do, because of the strict rules?

I fly according to usual general rules that is no close to people and other delicate objects and of course not too high. I didn't go higher than 100 m. There are no airports in that area.
As there were no people except some fishermen sitting at the banks or on their boats i think everything was in order.
And of course, as I expected, nobody came to me even to ask something. This wouldn't be possible at summer holidays. So that's why I went there in this time of the year as I wrote.

That's great. I would love to fly there. I was afraid of ever bringing my drone to Croatia.
