Replacing Cells in P2 battery

One of my 5 battery packs is swelling and I was wondering if anyone has successfully replaced just the cells. I don't want to Frankenstein it or anything just would love to have fresh cells and have it back like it was.

Unfortunately, if it is swelling - it's dead. Dispose of it carefully.
