Remote says vision upgrade through PC or mac required... I've tried numerous times to do this throug

My remote says vision needs upgrade through PC or mac. When I try to do this through DJI assistant it fails every time as and says screen size wrong. When I enter the correct screen size the calibration screen goes blank...Lost!
