I was 15m up, radius of 10m and 2ms speed for first pass of anticlockwise then changed to clockwise and increase speed to 4ms

I have a phantom 3 professional and use a Samsung S7 Galaxy with DJI Go version 3.1.5. For the last month or so I no longer am able to bring up the intelligent navigation menu to use point of interest. When I switch from GPS mode to F mode with my switch nothing happens on the screen and I don't get the menu. Has anyone else had this problem?
