I have permission today from the owner at Delaware raceway on there empty field beside the race track. All drone laws still apply. 90m high, 500m distance, line of site and NO Flying over the race track. All drones welcome. Please stay on gravel road, don't park on the grass please. Starting today at 12:00 noon
