Phantom 3 battery levels?

I am a somewhat new phantom pilot, I have been flying for just under a month and already have completed 22 flights.
The phantom battery is rated at 4480 mah but on the app it reports max charge is 4381 mah. My flight time seems to be about 21 minutes at most as well.
I know the battery won't last forever but how many flights can I get before I start getting noticeably reduced flight times? I don't have the money to keep buying batteries!

I got 100 flights on mine and is at 98 percent if that helps you out no loss in flight time

I think a lot of it has to do with how you break your battery in when it's new and also how you use/abuse it when it's middle-aged.

I don't baby mine at all run it down to 30 percent let it cool and charge up again
