Phantom 2 Mod to a Phantom 3 STD

Years back I put a CX20 board in a Phantom 1 to see if it work and it did. The CX20 was nothing great. I have a video of us blowing it up on You Tube. Any way I had a Phantom 2 shell and an extra Phantom 3 std main board with motors. After doing a modification to the shell not much. The board fit very nice in it the only mod was the GPS DJI changed the screw lay out. Hot glued the LED's in, changd out the Compass & USB .

After Mounting the camera and adjusting the compass. then did a IMU calibration. It's flying great. Retro Bird.

A few things that I came across. DJI changed the screw pattern of the GPS, Changed the Compass from a 5 wire to a 4 wire. Only thing I did not play with was the reset button needs to be longer. I tried gluing two of the buttons to gather and it's about 1/16" to long.
