Good smooth flying and good light, colour and general videography, but I have to say all I see are stressed-out pelicans.

I would say they are a bit bothered. When they get stressed, such as boats, they act quite aggressively, and then fly off.
I got close at one point and they spread their wings and open their beaks. I did retreat and leave them in peace.
But I do take your point Chameleon99 we must not stress other breathing things just for a shoot.
