I'm not sure I sent it to DJI who knows what they do with it after.

True. I'm a fix it yourself guy anyway. I'm not sure I would even be involved in this hobby if I had to send it off for repairs. Too impatient...lol

Yea I though about that but the parts alone would have been over $300 if I bought them so I let them do it.

Lol my home is surrounded by trees

Where I cut my pilots teeth is the lake of the Ozarks, mo. A tree literaly every 20 ft, sometimes every 5 ft, a huge lake to crash in, and the Ozark mountains are a trip to negotiate.

I was lucky to get outta there with zero crashes. I just cant wait to go back this summer though.

Does anyone know if you need a 107 or any other cert to fly at the lake?
