Low flying chinook

I need to get my licence first before I can actually fly the P4P outside, I do fly my Syma outside but I am limited to 10m (33ft) in altitude and must keep it within the confines of my own property. Now the rules here say that I, if I had my licence, would be allowed to fly as close as 1.5km from the airfield, I downloaded a program (app for Android) that reads NOTAMs and flight information for your location.
