Looks like a stress crack?

Just noticed what looks to be a crack and it's on all four in the same place.
Is this bad or can i fix it some how what should I do?

I don't know your situation. Is it under warranty? If you want to fix it, there are lots of posts on how to fix it. Loosen that screw will help.
