Studying my carefully splayed chicken entrails to predict future developments, I make bold to say that even more exemptions will be approved, to circumvent the blanket rule against flying drones over populated areas, perhaps coupled with a requirement that such approved drones be equipped with ballistic parachutes to facilitate soft landings in the event of major propulsion failures while airborne.
