I need to buy a drone for professional photogrammetry work. I have looked at some reviews of the p4pro on Amazon and some were so bad that I became disheartened. Drones dropping out of the sky, false claims of flight time, horrible customer service and poor image quality when shooting still shots (color fringing, edge distortion and noise).

From a proffesional viewpoint, what has been your experience?

Thanks,
Patrick

I can't give you any professional viewpoints as I am not one .
But I will welcome to the forum .
I hope you will find our site helpful and look forward to any input , photo's/video's you might post .
Don't be shy and ask anything if you can't find it by searching .
This bunch here are the smartest you will find anywhere :)

Edit: Just looked again at your post and misread photogrammetry yup it'll work for that easily to within a foot approx. Not sure how accurate you need for point to point measurements. 3rd party apps could make work/use easier as well.

As far as other reviews and reliability, I've had absolutely no troubles with mine. Approx 6 hours on P4P so far

Can't really offer a professional view point but all my images and vids so far have been perfectly clear.
