It is used but still in perfect shape has it has always been properly handled and maintained with no issues with this noggin.
Comes with battery charger and CF card, Folds up and wheels come off with a single push button for more compact storing.
It is a used Noggin 250 with Smart Cart. 250 mhz antenna. I believe it is a mid 2000 model.
