For UK flyers re sites with tidal shorelines

There is a certain non governmental nationwide organisation ( trying NOT to draw too much big brother scrutiny by naming it) that has many scenic sites .....nationwide strangely enough.They do not permit flying from their land and I have no gripe about that, their land their rules, but I believe they can not stop overflights.
As some of those sites are on the coast something recently occurred to me, does anyone know what is the situation about flying from and to the inter tidal zone?

In general private land ownership stops at the line of mean high water spring tides.
Tidal lands are owned by the crown.

So it's possible they wouldn't have any grounds for complaint then? The pun was unintentional.

Same here in the US. Below the high water line is public not private.
