Flysight Black Pearl where to buy?

I can't find the Flysight Black Pearl with battery anywhere in Europe, do you know any shop?
I would prefer in Europe but it's fine in Asia too, in US it takes so long to arrive.

Can you suggest a good value transmitter to work with the blackpearl?
