I would just go on their web site and fill out the form to get an rma label so you can send it back.

I also learned some more by speaking to DJI dealer. She said whatever you have in the States is called DJI care which is available in the US, EU, Hong Kong and China.

The DJI Care is an optional warranty that you can purchase but the drone has by default a 1 year warranty on everything.

You should still qualify for the DJI Care if you wanted to purchase it.

If you scroll down and read the warrantee not all parts are one year warranty. Some are six months and some are even three months and some are not at all .
